Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy**
We understand that plans can change. To ensure fair scheduling for all clients, the following terms apply to all online bookings:
**Cancellation Refunds**
• Cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment: **100% refund**
• Cancel between 6 and 24 hours before your appointment: **50% refund**
• Cancel between 3 and 6 hours before your appointment: **20% refund**
• Cancel less than 3 hours before your appointment or fail to attend: **No refund**
**Rescheduling**
• Each booking may be **rescheduled once at no additional cost**, and your existing booking fee will be transferred to the new appointment.
• Any additional rescheduling requests beyond the first complimentary reschedule will be treated as a **new booking** and will require payment of a fresh booking fee.
• Once an appointment has been rescheduled, it becomes **non-refundable and cannot be cancelled for a refund**, regardless of the notice period provided.
• Rescheduling requests made less than 3 hours before the appointment may not be accommodated and may be treated as a cancellation.
